Help Us Bridge The Transportation Gap

On any given day, the team at Mandy’s Farm is there for Sofia and Adrian, giving them a lift to the zoo, their part-time job, or an important doctor’s appointment. Just like you or me, they want to hop in a car and head to their destination without drawing extra attention. But for many of our participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities, transportation can make them feel different—not because of who they are, but because of how they travel.

Right now, the only transportation we have are 14-person shuttle buses and 8-person vans. While these vehicles are invaluable for physical accessibility and group outings, they make simple trips feel far from ordinary for those who face social stigma every day.

This holiday season, we’re reaching out to you to help raise $90,000 to purchase three cars. With these, our staff can provide more personal, comfortable rides for the 300+ individuals we support, making daily life and community engagement that much easier.
